Skylabs dual finderscope bracket with laser pointer mount
The Skylabs NZ dual finderscope bracket allows mounting optical finderscopes, red dot finderscopes, laser pointers, or smartphones.
It supports all standard Vixen-style dovetail finderscope shoes, used by GSO, Sky-Watcher, Orion, Saxon, and others.
This model represents a very convenient alternative for drilling the telescope tube and attaching a new finder bracket. In addition to that, the setup is easier and faster, as you can attach up to three elements in a single operation.
What can you do with this device?
- Use two types of finderscopes mounted on the same telescope.
- Use one for visual and another one for guiding.
- It helps to keep the weight of the telescope down. The material used is very lightweight (35 g), strong, and also ecofriendly.
- This model also has support for a green laser pointer or a battery for the secondary dew heater.
